Octavia graduated cum laude from DeVry University in San Diego, CA with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and graduated with honors from Argosy University in San Diego, CA with a master’s degree in Human Services. She received her Career Advisor certification from University of California, San Diego Extension. Her years of experience in workforce development have given her the necessary skills to be successful in her company.  Octavia enjoys learning and she takes every opportunity to gain more knowledge in her field.
